2027 Stewardship Campaign

Our annual Stewardship Campaign is underway! This year, our campaign is combined with the Season of Creation. During this time, we will have various opportunities to connect with God, each other, & God's good earth, giving thanks for God's abundance.

Giving: Make your pledge for 2027 by:

• Sending in your pledge card or bringing it on October 4 (cards have been mailed to all UCC members; more will be available in the narthex); or

• Filling out this online form

John Muir Discussion Group: On 9/21 and 9/28 at 6:30 p.m., we will meet on Zoom (Meeting ID: 826 2285 7155; Passcode: 2007) to discuss short pieces written by the writer, mystic, and naturalist John Muir. Access the readings and schedule here, or pick up a copy in the narthex.

Nature Outings: RSVP by 9/16 for Stone House Vineyard Visit

• Saturday, September 19: Hike at Pace Bend Park at 10 a.m. followed by lunch at Stone House Vineyard. RSVP to admin@ucc-austin.org by tomorrow, 9/16. Pace Bend Park entry fee is $5/person ($3/person ages 62 and older), cash only.

• Saturday, October 3: Nature walk at Cypress Creek Nature Preserve in Wimberley at 10 a.m.

Worship: Worship on 9/20, 9/27, and 10/4 will focus on stewardship of our resources and creation. On Sunday, October 4, we will dedicate our pledges to God during morning worship, and that afternoon at 2 p.m., we will meet at Walnut Creek Park for a Blessing of the Animals service.
